crobbins@theshepherd.org
Chris comes from the Carolinas. He was raised in a Christian home, and was confronted by the world when he was at Clemson University. After college, Chris moved to Hollywood to work in the industry. It did not take him long to secure work doing stunts for movies and videogames. A few years ago on Easter, Chris started working on his relationship with Christ. Today, he is an associate pastor at Shepherd Woodland Hills. He oversees our Bible fellowships, young adults, and youth ministries (while still doing some work in the industry to be a witness). He is also working on his masters degree at Talbot School of Theology.

Sean Costello, Operations Director
scostello@theshepherd.org
He is a native of Simi Valley. Sean is married to Jonina, and they have one daughter and one very small dog. Sean received his bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University, and is working on a master's degree in ministry leadership at Hope International University. He will manage the weekend services & equipment, the places we rent, business affairs, and events that occur within our community.

She has worked at Shepherd the past few years in the area of college ministry, life groups, and women’s discipleship. She is excited to lead the children of Shepherd Woodland Hills.

Bob Carr, Worship Services Director
bobprayer@sbcglobal.net
Bob is one of our newest staff members that joined our team in August. He oversees the worship team, worship order, assists the operations director in the Sunday morning services, and will lead worship in a rotation. Bob loves the finer things of life: Jesus, family, Worship, and Prayer. In addition to leading our music ministry, Bob also serves in the prayer ministry that meets every Tuesday night. He has also had the honor of recording a CD of worship songs that he wrote.

Her husband is a teacher at Heart of the Valley Christian School, and they have been married for a few years now... no children yet, but 2 cats. Melissa has done college work at LA Mission College and Eternity Bible College. She will be helping us by increasing our ministry effectiveness on Sunday morning and then also during the week as we do day to day tasks.
